Gracie Pauley

Veterinary Assistant

Hello, I’m Gracie Pauley, a first-year Veterinary Technician student at Oulton College. My passion for animals has driven me to pursue this career, with a strong heart, a thoughtful mind, and a deep love for all creatures fueling my journey.

Currently, I share my life with a few pets who I love dearly. Little Mike, a 2-year-old orange and white DSH, he loves treats and the joys of playing inside paper bags. Wren, a resilient 3-year-old Grey DSH, despite having just three legs, but he doesn’t let that stop him! He revels in running, playing with his brother, and cherishing cuddles. Then, there’s Luka, my 10-year-old bay mare quarter horse, who loves show events and trail rides while having a particular fondness for dill pickle sunflower seeds.

In my free time, I enjoy camping, bonfires and paintball. I am also a part of the Double D 4-H club in Cumberland County. I’ve been in 4-H for 7 years now and I enjoy showing cattle as well as my horse.

Looking ahead, my post-school aspirations are centered around wildlife and emergency medicine within the veterinary field. These ambitions reflect my unwavering commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of animals, a commitment that drives my educational and personal pursuits.
