Hi, I’m Natalie and I am a Client Service Expert and Team Lead.

Animals have always been a big part of my life and I am very passionate about them. I have always found that there is something very soothing, calming and interesting about these wonderful creatures while understanding that they are a huge part of families in our community.

Working at an emergency hospital gives me the chance to try and help people and animals during a very stressful situation. I strive to provide compassion, support and understanding to hopefully make their time here at the hospital easier.

When I am not working, you can find me walking my dog Poochie, who I rescued 5 years ago at the age of 6. I continue to foster animals but have happily failed twice (“Foster Fail”) as I have adopted 2 of them so far.
